This spectacular 21-year-old from Redbreast has been matured ex-bourbon barrels and first-fill Oloroso casks to create an inherently complex, rich, and ultimately, rewarding whiskey.
Expect stewed apples, tropical fruits (namely pineapple) and hazelnut on the nose, followed by a rich, spicy and fruity palate.
