Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable state laws, Golden Spirits Stores cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased, except under the following circumstances:

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product, such as a corked wine or a damaged bottle, please contact us at support@goldenspiritsstores.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details and proof of purchase. We will gladly assist you in obtaining a replacement or store credit.

Product Quality:

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to maintain optimal storage conditions. However, due to the delicate nature of wine, Golden Spirits Stores cannot be held responsible for the condition of wines aged five years or more beyond their vintage date. This policy is consistent with industry standards.

Heat Damage:

High temperatures can adversely affect the quality of alcoholic beverages, particularly wine. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of heat damage. We actively monitor weather conditions and may suggest expedited shipping or request a liability waiver for orders being sent to areas experiencing extreme heat.
