Our delivery process includes age verification and requires a signature upon receipt, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
All sales made through Golden Spirit Stores are final, reflecting our commitment to efficient order processing and prompt service. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we initiate shipping immediately, and inform the customer while maintaining and respecting our wonderful refund policy.
In the unlikely event that a bottle sustains damage during transit, customers are entitled to a full replacement, credit, or refund. Contact us promptly within 7 to 30 days of receiving your delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence, to facilitate a swift resolution.
Should a shipment be refused or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the product will be returned to inventory. A re-shipping charge will be issued to the customer’s card.
