Terms and Conditions for Golden Spirits Stores
Agreement to Terms:
By using the Golden Spirit Stores website (goldenspiritsstores.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 21 years old to use this site. Golden Spirits Stores reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site after any changes signifies your acceptance of those modifications.
Age Restriction and Use of Products:
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol from Golden Spirits Stores. By placing an order, you confirm your age and the recipient’s age (if different). All alcohol purchases are for personal consumption and not for resale.
Order Limits:
We adhere to all state laws regarding purchase limits.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable state laws, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted unless the product is defective (e.g., corked, spoiled, or damaged). If you have a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt, and we will gladly offer a refund to your original payment method or exchange it for a similar product of equal value.
Shipping:
- Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Delivery Days: FedEx/GSO delivers Monday through Friday. For Saturday delivery, please contact us at support@goldenspiritsstores.com
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Age Verification: Upon delivery, the recipient must present valid identification proving they are 21 or older. All shipments require a signature.
- Address Changes: Please notify us of any address changes as soon as possible. If a package is in transit and needs to be rerouted, additional fees may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Special Orders:
We are happy to assist with special orders. A credit card is required to secure the order and will be charged upon product arrival.
Pricing and Availability:
While we strive for accuracy, prices on our website may occasionally differ from in-store prices. In such cases, the in-store price will prevail. All products are subject to availability.
Older Vintages:
Golden Spirits Stores takes care in storing and handling older wines. However, wines aged 10 years or older at the time of purchase are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns due to cork taint, spoilage, or being past their prime.
Pick-Up Orders:
If you choose to pick up your order, you have 90 days to do so. After 90 days, storage fees may apply.

Golden Spirits Stores makes no representations regarding the legality of shipping wine and spirits to certain areas. If you are unsure about the regulations in your area, please contact your local authorities before placing an order. Golden Spirits Stores reserves the right to refuse any order that violates local, state, or federal laws.
